Uses CODECOV_TOKEN (repo secret, from codecov.io after activating this repo there) rather than tokenless OIDC, since that failed earlier with "Repository not found" on a repo Codecov has never synced. This runs alongside, not instead of, the existing local coverage threshold check - that gate doesn't depend on the upload succeeding.
